Usage: rpfj [-qsgdlhV]

Options:

  -q           quiet:  do not show messages on ratpoison's bar
  -s [n]       store current frameset to frameset [n], or itself
  -g [n]       go to frameset [n] or to formerly selected frameset 
  -d           dump framesets 1 to 9 onto data file  (rpfj must be
               launched by ratpoison for this option to work)
  -i           info:  display current frameset number
  -l           load framesets from data file
  -V           print version information and exit
  -h           display this help text and exit
